1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Northeast Cadseal  ("we", "us", "our"), a company operating exclusively within the United Kingdom, specialising in the sealing of deceased individuals for transport and repatriation.

By requesting our attendance via email or WhatsApp, the client is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional cadaver sealing services solely within the UK, including:

• Hermetic sealing of deceased remains for transport
• Preparation for national repatriation or handover to approved couriers
• Collaboration with funeral directors and relevant authorities
• Provision of sealed units and documentation in line with UK public health guidelines

We do not provide international repatriation or embalming services.

3. Geographic Limitation

Our services are limited to the United Kingdom. We do not accept requests for work outside the UK under any circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete details regarding the deceased and any third parties involved
• Ensure that all required documentation is obtained and ready prior to service
• Pay all agreed fees within the timeframes outlined

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel service if essential information or documentation is missing.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in writing and subject to VAT unless stated otherwise
• Evening, Weekend and bank holiday services are subject to fees priced on application (POA)
• A deposit may be required in advance
• Full payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods are cash or bank transfer
• Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• A  full refund is available if no work has commenced
• A  partial refund may be granted if work has begun
• No  refund will be issued if sealing has been completed
• If the service is cancelled upon arrival, or if the deceased is not available at the agreed time and location, the client will be liable for all mileage and toll charges incurred

7. Limitation of Liability

We take every care when handling the deceased and associated documentation. However, we accept no liability for:

• Delays caused by third parties (including couriers or local authorities)
• Inaccuracies in the information or paperwork supplied by the client
• Events outside our reasonable control, including unforeseen circumstances

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All personal and sensitive data is handled in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

• We do not share personal information with third parties unless legally required

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the English courts.
